For our Global Risk & Insurance department in our office in Vienna, Austria, we are looking for a
Insurance Analyst (m/f/d)
Your future role is to work on Group’s Global Insurance Programs, being responsible for reporting the Group´s Insurable Risk. You will work with the Global Risk Manager to intermediate relationships, communication and processes with the main external and internal stakeholders, to improve the processes of risk/insurance renewals, procedures and claims and maintain all controls and documentation in good order as follows:
- Monitor the periods in force of all Global Insurance Program policies of the Group: Property. General Liability, Cyber, D&O, Marine/Transportation, Business Travel, Fidelity
- Support the Global Risk Manager and broker in all phases of insurance process: asset valuation, value at risk analysis, roadshows, bids, committees, inspections, claims, action plans, preventive investments.
- Follow claims processes until reimbursement and reinvoicing to local entities.
- Provide support in preparation of reports about Insurances processes /claims, follow timely payments of insurance expenses.
- Support risk management controls execution.
- Follow procedures to keep insurance process aligned with the organization's overall objectives and strategic plan.
Your profile
- Bachelor degree of Law, Administration, Economy, Accounting or other related fields
- Education Program: Insurance, Finance, Accounting, Law, Business Administration or other related area
- 3 years progressive experience in insurance as broker and/or insurance
- Familiar with insurance policies and contracts
- Insurance and finance knowledge, experience with foreigner insurance markets
- Fluent English and German language
- Used to work in a fast-paced, results oriented environment with attention to detail. Familiar with business problem solving process improvement and with good communication skills.
