Regional Controller - North America

The Future Role

Lead the financial, accounting, and administrative functions of local North American business units and Shared Services NA, ensuring regulatory compliance, reporting accuracy, and budget efficiency. You will act as a strategic liaison with internal audits, controlling inventory and optimizing costs to ensure the organization's profitability and pursuing continuous improvement across all operations.

Specific Responsibilities

• Financial Management: Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual closings, consolidating regional results and providing timely information to support informed business decisions.

• Internal Control: Implement, strengthen, and monitor internal policies, procedures, and controls to mitigate risks.

• Reporting and Analysis: Manage, analyze, and share accurate and timely financial statements, analyzing budget variances and key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Tax and Legal Compliance: Ensure compliance with local and federal tax and legal obligations.

• Administrative Management: Coordinate with local accounting teams for treasury management, accounts payable/receivable, and audits. • Strategic Consulting: Collaborate with business units and strategic areas to drive profitability and company growth.

REQUIREMENTS:
• Education: Accounting / Business Administration / Economics or related field
• Specialization: Finance preferred
• Professional Registrations and Certifications:
• Language Requirements: Conversational Business English

EXPERIENCE:
• Years of experience: 7 years in a local Controller position (FP&A, Tax and Accounting) or at least 1 year as a Regional controller
