RESPONSIBILITIES:

•    Strong hands-on design implementation and support experience working with latest releases for SAP ECC, CRM BI, HANA and BW, Solution Manager with SQL server on Windows clustered environment. SOLMAN/CHARM is a plus.

•    Strong knowledge of multi system landscape architecture and integration aspects between heterogeneous system technologies (Global focus desired), in the areas of build and support for ECC, CRM, PI, EP, BW and HANA.

•   Good understanding over SAP Netweaver administration and technical core tasks in windows environment including SAP software installation, upgrade, applying Support Packages, patches and fixes, installation of add-on software components, workload analysis, etc.

•    Supports the technical implementation of the SAP system landscape as it evolves (i.e., development, test, staging and production) with In-depth knowledge in the SAP technical areas.

•    Design, implement, monitor and optimize SAP landscapes and dependent technologies. Monitors and tunes system performance and workload. Manage and performs system refreshes; participates in the scheduling of refreshes as requested.

•    Identifies needed system corrections and enhancements and recommends changes. Applies advanced system management principles, concepts and techniques.

•    Evaluates and recommends new hardware, software, tools and utilities within the SAP environment.

•    Provides subject matter expertise in technical and process discussions

•    Good understanding HANA Administration and Business Suite on HANA administration is a plus

•    Must have implemented and support SAP ERP 6.0 with any Enhancement Package level.

•    Must have experience with Windows clustering

•    Must have Exposure to supporting large SAP database implementations

•    Must have experience in Disaster Recovery, High Availability and Archiving Solutions

•    Team player with good inter personal, communication, problem solving and facilitation skills

•    Committed individual who is self-motivated, deadline driven and results orientated.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Education Level:  Bachelor degree.

• Education Program: Computer Science or related degree.
• Professional Registrations and Certifications:

ITIL Foundation certification.

Minimum 5 years’ experience in similar function in global, multi-national enterprise

• Language Requirements: English; Spanish or Portuguese are a plus.

EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum 8  Plus years in SAP Basis Adminstration or consulting role.
• Proven track record in delivering tactical programs and projects successfully to completion (in line with defined scope, time, budget and benefits).
• Strong understanding of marketplace and demonstrated ability for selection and implementation of IT SAP products, processes and best practices.
