Artificial Intelligence  Supervisor

The AI Coordinator will be responsible for managing AI-related projects and coordinating internal and external teams to ensure successful project delivery. This role requires a deep understanding of AI technologies, excellent project management skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

Maxion’s AI Strategy considers solving prioritized business challenges with different AI solutions to deliver business financial impact and the AI Coordinator will be responsible for assessing these solutions as well as executing selected projects.

• Project Execution: Lead and manage AI projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards. The AI Coordinator is responsible for new AI solution implementations from requirements gathering, including possible identification and communication with suppliers, implementation and/or project execution, and orchestrate end-user support.
• Team Coordination & Partner Management: Coordinate and collaborate with internal teams, including data scientists, engineers, and consultants, as well as external partners and customers, ensuring alignment with project goals and quality standards.
• Stakeholders Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress, addressing concerns, and managing expectations.
• AI Governance: Develops and updates AI policies and procedures that oversees the AI developments at Maxion, including but not limited to the roles and responsibilities, detailed features of the stack, and permissible use of the solutions. Will be responsible for screening AI use cases following the four defined drivers: impact ($), readiness and resources, technical feasibility & responsible AI, and AI Steering Committee revisions.
• Change Mgmt. & Adoption: Lead efforts to ensure smooth adoption of existing or new AI solutions across the organization. Address resistance to change by communicating the benefits of AI and providing or engaging necessary support.
• Responsible AI: Define and execute procedures to monitor and govern deployed AI solutions, ensuring they are ethical and compliant to data privacy rules. Identify and mitigate potential risks.
• Performance & Reporting: The AI Coordinator works under the AI Manager but will work independently and communicate with other teams, such as the D&A analysts or Architects as part of larger initiatives and to ensure overall architecture is adherent. The AI Coordinator will develop KPIs to measure the success of AI initiatives and continuously report it to upper management, through Steering Committees, or through the Head of DT & AI.
• Training & Development: The AI Coordinator must stay tuned with the latest AI trends and technologies and incorporate insights into Maxion’s AI strategy. Is responsible for setting up training and awareness sessions via face to face or virtual sessions.

• QUALIFICATIONS
• Education Level:  Computer Science, Data Processing, System Analysis, Statistics, Math, Engineering, and related fields
• Language Requirements: Fluent English is a must.

REQUIRED

• Integration: Knowledge of company standards and procedures such as: Occupational Safety, Environment, Health and Quality (SGI – Integrated Management System); Security, legal aspects, and Human Resources, etc.
• Knowledge of internal data protection policies.
• Overall knowledge of external data protection rules.
• VB, or C#, or Python, or DAX programming skills.
• Machine and Deep Learning algorithms, including but not limited to linear regression, principal component analysis, convolutional neural networks, etc.
• Big Data concepts, such as volume, velocity, variety, veracity and value.
• Project Mgmt., including but not limited to RUP and Agile Method.
• Experience with Agile methodologies for project management and iterative development together with tools like Jira, SharePoint, Visio and Project.
• Proven skills in change management and leading multicultural teams.
