For our Production Engineering department in Chakan, Pune India, we are looking for the Engineer/Sr. Engineer – Tool Design
Your future role
Make Tool Design list for Developing models.
Follow Tool Design Standards & Best Practices during Tool designs.
Design & develop new tools as per Customer requirements with the help of Tool design Standards & best Tool design Practices.
Provide design support in Tool Room activities like Rework & Tool Maintenance, Tool calibration, CNC programs & other Tools room related activities.
Knowledge of Part & Process development is MUST (Knowledge of Steel Wheel Design/
Manufacturing will be added advantage)
Knowledge of Press Tools Design is MUST.
Basic Knowledge of Jigs & Fixtures is required
Knowledge of 3D Modeling Software’s is Required (Hands on CATIA V5/ Solid works is Preferred)
Knowledge of 2D Drafting Software’s is Required (Hands on AutoCAD/ Ares Commander is Preferred)
Knowledge of Quality Management Systems like IATF16949, ISO-14001 & OHSMS-45001 is Required (Certified Internal Auditor is Preferred)
Must have excellent Communication Skills (Written & Verbal)
Knowledge of MS Office Tools like Microsoft Excel, Word and Power Point is required.

B. E./B. Tech (Mechanical)
Tool Designing Diploma after BE through IGTR/NTTF/CITD will be preferred.
Minimum 05 to 07 year experience in Tool Design is required.
