Production Supervisor

For our Operations Department in Maxion Wheels Aluminum India Pvt. Ltd., Khed, Pune - India, we are looking for a

Foundry Supervisor

Your future role

-Organizing production process & systems by practising Maxion Systems, IATF & ISO standards
-Ensuring safety at all the times
-Achieving functional & organizational KPI
-Ensuring process & product quality at each step of the operations
-Monitoring technological checks and operating phases, in order to ensure productive standards.
-People Management of a team size of 30+ individuals.
-Participate in regulatory and customer audits, enable team for audit preparedness
-Guide team on improvement projects, lean, six sigma methodology
-Ensure achievement of target OEE with focus on improvement
-Working closely with cross functional team for better engagement & alignment

 

Your profile

-B.E. – Mechanical/metallurgy
-8-10 years of experience in alloy wheels industry
-Exposure to LPDC process is must
-3-5 years of supervisory experience
-Exposure in foundry maintenance is preferred
-Strong written & verbal communication skills
-Ability to work in Matrix Organization
-Conflict Management
-Advanced Excel & presentation skills
-Strong analytical and quantitative competencies
-Understands complex concepts and the relationships between issues or problems
-Effectively communicates across organization and is confident in interacting with senior leadership team
-Possesses intellectual agility; readily accepts the challenges of unfamiliar tasks
