Organizational Development Supervisor
Your future role
-Leading OD function for all locations in India
-Adjusting Training strategies to respond to changing Business needs and changing market scenario
-Trains and coaches managers, supervisors and others involved in employee management
-Develop and Implement programs to develop the Next Generation of Leaders
-Execute the Mentoring and Coaching program at country level
-Supporting on developing the Subject matter experts
-Execute Employee recognition program
-Participating in Local Awards – Employer Branding
-Develops and maintains organizational communications
-Focus on future needs and suggest / implement tools - AI, AR/VR, Obtains and /or develops effective training materials utilizing a variety of media
-Develop training content for in-house training modules
-Appear for Customer and regulatory audits
Your profile
-Master’s Degree in Human Resources or Social Work
-Welfare Officer certification is a plus
-At least 10 years of experience in L&OD role with reputed Mfg. MNC
-Exposure to leading OD initiatives & tools
-3-5 years of supervisory experience
-A team builder with excellent people skills; culturally sensitive & has the ability and interest to identify and work with multicultural team
-Ability to work in Matrix Organization
-Conflict Management
-Advanced Excel & presentation skills
-Strong analytical and quantitative competencies
-Understands complex concepts and the relationships between issues or problems
-Effectively communicates across organization and is confident in interacting with senior leadership team
-Exposure to content development, coaching techniques, SAP SF tool
