Maintenance Supervisor - Paintshop Utility
Your future role
• Your primary responsibility will includes scheduling repair, maintenance, and installation of Utility Equipments & accessories, pumps, piping, valves, storage tanks, pressure vessels, gauges & instruments, total distribution systems to ensure proper functioning of utility equipments & hence production machines.
• You will coordinates the activities of workers involved in preventive maintenance to keep every utility equipment & system healthy with zero breakdowns, zero leakages, delivering substances (air, water, gas etc) at required parameters & quality with minimum losses in systems. Manages personnel in terms of evaluation, training, and communication.
•Assigns preventative maintenance work orders to personnel based on priority and their skill level.
• Conduct Audits of completed work orders to ensure that work is done properly and equipment is in safe and proper running order.
•Makes recommendations to the Maintenance Manager for improvements to specific preventive maintenance instructions and systems.
•Promotes safe working conditions and habits among all maintenance personnel.
•Maintains discipline amoung subordinates and identify & address cases of poor work performance.
•Assists the Maintenance Manager in evaluating the adequacy of the training programs and make recommendations to fulfill training needs and requirements.
•Conducts daily shift communication meetings with subordinates to discuss safety, recurring equipment problems, and delegate assignments.
•Ensures that maintenance personnel return tools, parts, and other equipment to their proper storage places.•Conducts audits to ensure that maintenance personnel complete proper 5S activity in their areas of responsibility.
•Ensure LOTO procedures are followed while working on equipments.
Your profile
•Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or related technical field.
•10-12 years of experience in Paintshop utility management.
•In depth Technical Knowledge of Utility Equipments & Systems.
•Strong Understanding of Process Knowledge, Piping Technology, Energy Management
•Proficiency Water Treatment, Waste Material Management, Gas Distribution System and Fire Protection System.
