For our Maintenance Department in Kalyani Maxion Wheels Pvt. Ltd., Chakan, Pune - India, we are looking for a  

 

Maintenance Supervisor 

 

Your future role

 

  • Assign preventive and predictive maintenance, repair, and installation of machines and equipment.
  • Implement TPM, 5S, ISO 14001, IATF, LPA, and CSR activities for maintenance compliance
  • Conducts audits to ensure that maintenance personal complete proper 5S activity in their areas of responsibility
  • Manage workforce planning and technician allocation across shifts.
  • Optimize spare part usage, reduce breakdowns (MTTR & MTBF), and drive Kaizen/Lean projects.
  • Monitor machine health using SCADA, HMI, and leverage data analytics for predictive maintenance.
  • Maintain machine drawings, manuals, and digital backups.
  • Conduct daily safety and performance meetings, promote a culture of discipline and continuous improvement.

 

Your profile

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering.
  • Electrical safety officer license certification is an added advantage
  • 15 years of experience in maintenance operations with 5 years of supervisory experience within manufacturing/automotive industry.
  • Strong knowledge of TPM, ISO standards, and preventive maintenance systems.
  • Experience with SCADA programming,Robotics, CNC maintenance and data-driven maintenance strategies.
  • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
