For our Maintenance Department in Kalyani Maxion Wheels Pvt. Ltd., Chakan, Pune - India, we are looking for a
Maintenance Supervisor
Your future role
- Assign preventive and predictive maintenance, repair, and installation of machines and equipment.
- Implement TPM, 5S, ISO 14001, IATF, LPA, and CSR activities for maintenance compliance
- Conducts audits to ensure that maintenance personal complete proper 5S activity in their areas of responsibility
- Manage workforce planning and technician allocation across shifts.
- Optimize spare part usage, reduce breakdowns (MTTR & MTBF), and drive Kaizen/Lean projects.
- Monitor machine health using SCADA, HMI, and leverage data analytics for predictive maintenance.
- Maintain machine drawings, manuals, and digital backups.
- Conduct daily safety and performance meetings, promote a culture of discipline and continuous improvement.
Your profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering.
- Electrical safety officer license certification is an added advantage
- 15 years of experience in maintenance operations with 5 years of supervisory experience within manufacturing/automotive industry.
- Strong knowledge of TPM, ISO standards, and preventive maintenance systems.
- Experience with SCADA programming,Robotics, CNC maintenance and data-driven maintenance strategies.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
