For our Maintenance department in Maxion Wheels Aluminum India Pvt. Ltd., Khed, Pune - India, we are looking for an

 

 Maintenance Supervisor (Electrical)

 

Your future role

 

Planned & emergency maintenance of utility equipment eg. Air Compressors, Cooling Towers, Fire Hydrant System etc.
Supervise work assignments of the team leaders
Auditing maintenance activities and ensuring zero downtime
Lead Improvement projects
Assist Maintenance Manager in improvement & new projects
Ensure compliance and safety measures at all levels
Liaison with govt. authorities
Foster collaboration & ownership among the team
Performance Management of team leaders & technician
 

Your profile

 

Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering
Electrical Safety Licence
Atleast 15 years of relevant work experience in relevant field with advanced equipments
Experience LT/HT switchgears, Electrical components and Electrical control panel 
Experience of Utility maintenance, Robots, PLC Troubleshooting maintenance of Robots (Fanuc Robots)
Experience of Aluminium foundry equipment maintenance is an added advantage
Experience in Hydraulic system and pneumatic system and programming software's of PLC and SCADA is preferred
Experience in managing IATF, OHSAS and other statutory audit is an added advantage
Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
