HR Specialist – Talent Acquisition
Your future role
-Leading Talent Acquisition for all locations in India.
-Adjusting TA strategies to respond to changing Business needs and changing market scenario
-Focus on employee value proposition and employer branding
-Focus on improving diversity hiring
-Analysis and scorecard management for internal and external hiring channels
-Training hiring managers on Maxion Selection Process
-Focus on digitalization tools for effective talent acquisition activities
-Focus on Campus Hiring
-Develop programs to ensure future talent base
-Ensure effective budget management
-Ensure accurate background verification of candidates
-Effective use of SAP recruiting and EC modules for end to end hiring
-Ensure compliance in every task
-Appear for internal and external audits
Your profile
-Master’s Degree in Human Resources or Social Work
-At least 8 years of experience in TA role with reputed Mfg. MNC
-Exposure to leading hiring tools
-A team builder with excellent people skills; culturally sensitive and has the ability and interest to identify and work with a multicultural team
-Ability to work in Matrix Organization
-Conflict Management
-Advanced Excel & presentation skills
-Strong analytical and quantitative competencies
-Understands complex concepts and the relationships between issues or problems
-Effectively communicates across organization and is confident in interacting with senior leadership team
-Exposure to content development, coaching techniques, SAP SF tools
