For our Human Resources department in Chakan, Pune India, we are looking for theAsst. Manager– HR & Admin

 

Your future role

  • Monitor and maintain HRIS systems -
  • Initiate the New employee Details in HRIS like Personal, Family, Academic, etc.
  • Adding new employee in Leave Mgt. System.
  • Bank representative to open accounts for new employee.
  • Arranging Uniform for new employee.
  • Maintaining Turnover Data.
  • Employee as vendor sheet send to finance.
  • Exit Interview at time of relieving.
  • Initial Leavers process like: - Clearance form, Experience Letter, relieving letter.
  • Trust PF form, Gratuity form, PF Forms Process and confirmation to left employee.
  • Processing Old PF, EPS forms follow-up
  • Preparing Monthly Score Card
  • Employee Relation
  • Supporting to Maintaining harmonious relations with BC employee. 
  • Resolving the employee grievances.
  • Preparing Absenteeism letters related data.
  • Supervision on Insurance co. for accident claims, personal accidents, workmen compensation and hospitalization claims etc.
  • Obtaining employees co-operation in implementation of various Management decisions. 
  • Supporting HR head in retention of resigned Employee.
  • Salary Wage Administration
  • Salary Inputs Preparation, Left employee details, Salary revision, LTA.
  • Half day deductions, Telephone deduction.
  • Mediclaim Reimbursement Sheet preparation. 
  • Supervision on attendance data for salary preparation.
  • Full and final settlement verification
  • Recovery of Full and Final settlements.
  • Reply to Query Tracker
  • Responsible for timely Salary and Wage related details send to top source.
  • Statutory Compliances
  • Labor office           : - RC Renewal.
  • Factories office      : - Documentation for Factories License, Annual Return. 
  • PF                           : - Employee Registration & Exit details, initiate PF Transfer and
  •                                  Withdrawal, resolving old PF issues, Facing PF audit.
  • Trust PF                   : - Monthly Return Part C, D, E and annual return.
  • ISIC                                    : - Employee Registration & Exit details.
  •  Monthly Challan preparation.
  • Employment Exchange: - ER I (4Q), Participating in Rojgarmela’s.
  • MLWF                                 : - Half yearly Returns.
  • Gram panchayat                   : - Annual tax.
  • Talathi Office                     : - Land Tax’s and 7/12.
  • Police Station                    : - Letters submission related to BNK Visit, Theft, etc (If any)

  • Support in controlling the security functions.
  • Supervision on Employee’s Transportation and Company Car
  • Travel Bond
  • Loan Agreements
  • Contractor Agreements
  • HOD BSNL bills follow-up
  • Vendor Registration.
  • Holiday home (Hotel Mayfair) registration of employee.
  • PUC of Forklifts.
  • AMCs : - CCTV, Water Purifier, Fire Services, etc.
  • BITS Pilani : - Joining Process, Follow-up, Agreement, etc

 

 

 

 

Your profile

  • Education Level: BE/B.Com with MBA
  • Education Program: Graduation  & Post Graduation(B.E./MBA)
  • Years of Experience: 6- 9 years of experience in manufacturing environment (those with Automotive Industry experience is an added advantage)
