HR Analyst

For our Human Resources Department in Maxion Wheels Aluminum India Pvt. Ltd., Khed, Pune - India, we are looking for a

Plant HR Analyst

Your future role

-Ensure availability of maxion (blue collars)  and non-maxion employees (NAPS/BOAT/Contract)

-Liaison with local and government authorities

-Support Plant HR Supervisor in harmonious employee relations

-Pulse check for all kind of internal and external potential opportunities and challenges

-Support Plant HR Supervisor in Performance Management of blue collar employees

-Ensuring effective facility administration

-Supporting as an auditee for all statutory and customer audits

-Lead Improvement projects in respective area for effective HR management

 

Your profile

-Master’s Degree in Human Resources or Social Work or Peronnel Management

-Welfare Officer certification is a plus

-At least 7 years of relevant experience with reputed Mfg. MNC

-A team player with excellent people skills; culturally sensitive and ability to work with cross-cultural teams

-Experience of working in Matrix Organization

-Conflict Management

-Advanced Excel & presentation skills

-Strong analytical and quantitative competencies

-Understands complex concepts and the relationships between issues or problems

-Effectively communicates across organization and is confident in interacting with senior leadership team

-Exposure to SAP and other progressive HR tools
