For our Finance Department in Kalyani Maxion Wheels Pvt, Ltd.,, Pune Chakan - India, we are looking for a 

 

Financial Analyst

 

Your future role

 

  • Processing of invoices in SAP, verify financial data for use in maintaining accounts payable records on timely manner
  • Verify invoices against purchase orders and ensure goods or services were received before issuing payment to vendors
  • Preparing vendor reconciliation statement and reconciling difference if any
  • Checking for applicability of various laws on vendor invoices such as GST, TDS, PF and related compliances by ensuring correct accounting and recording of transactions.
  • Co-ordination with vendors and inter-departmental staff for queries related to AP invoices and documentation.
  • Practice effective monitoring to ensure payments are made to vendors in a timely manner
  • Preparing analyses of accounts payable and producing monthly reports
  • Continuing to improve the payment process
  • Support to tax audit, internal audit and statutory audit
  • Any other activities that are deemed as per capability,
  • Attending useful trainings on an ‘as Needs’ basis
  • Monthly Inter Company Reconciliation.
  • Preparing schedule for creditors for audit purpose.
  • Monthly Bank Reconciliation.
  • Balance Confirmation for major Suppliers.
  • Handling Petty Cash. 

 

Your profile

 

  • M.Com equivalent experience
  • BCOM/MCOM/years in Accounts Payable
  • 4-5 years’ experience in manufacturing environment (those with Automotive Industry experience is an added advantage).
  • Statistical Process
  • Compliance with legal and other requirements.
  • Strong English communication

  • Understands complex concepts and the relationships between issues or problems

  • Effectively communicates across organization and is confident in interacting with senior leadership team

  • Possesses intellectual agility; readily accepts the challenges of unfamiliar tasks
