For our Operations department in Maxion Wheels Aluminum India Pvt. Ltd., Khed, Pune - India, we are looking for an

Executive Assistant

Your future role

-Providing general administrative support to Plant Director.

-Plan, organize, manage and control administrative functions of Plant Manager’s office.

-Scheduling and maintaining complex calendar of appointments, conference calls and meetings

-Managing the communication between executive and other departments and to work closely with other departments

-Organizing global and internal meetings, making the required preparations and providing/distributing the meeting notes when necessary

-Smooth processing of travel related documents of employees’ traveling internationally.

-Managing travel desk, hotel reservations, expenses management, monthly invoices approval as per budget and timeline.

-Greeting, receiving and guiding visitors, Guest / Visitors Management for Plant Manager

 

Your profile

-Graduate in any stream, MBA preferred

-At least 4 years of relevant experience

-Tech savvy individual, SAP knowledge preferred

-Strong English communication skills

-Advanced Excel skills

-Strong communication skills in English language (written, verbal, comprehension)

-Strong analytical and quantitative competencies

-Understands complex concepts and the relationships between issues or problems

-Effectively communicates across organization and is confident in interacting with senior leadership team

-Possesses intellectual agility; readily accepts the challenges of unfamiliar tasks
