Educational Projects & Training Coordinator
Your future role
•Development and implementation of Educational Projects
•Liaison with identified educational institutions for development of programs
•Recruitment of students in educational institutions for Maxion Formare program
•Recruitment and selection of Maxion employees interested in participating as Volunteer Educator (VE) in the educational programs for their professional and personal development.
•Informative sessions with the Management Staff to present the status of Maxion School / Formare project.
•Dissemination of the programs in educational institutions, companies, and other organizations.
•Organization of events (graduations, internships, visits, etc.)
•Administration of Maxion School resources
•Support to students with Counselling, special situations for a better performance in class.
•Alignment of the programs with the official calendars of the University.
•Reinforcement of the participation of volunteer instructors and academic trainers within the different educational projects.
•Scheduling of training sessions for Formare instructors / Voluntary Educators.
•Monthly meetings with instructors to follow up on student performance.
•Continuous follow-up with IOCHPE Foundation regarding progress and metrics of the school in Pune.
•Manage the area to reach zero accidents, through compliance with the procedures applicable to their area; follow up on actions under their responsibility.
•Know and understand the environmental aspects of their operations, applying the necessary controls to minimize the impacts of the areas under their responsibility.
•Liaison with the University and other Educational Institutions, for all matters related to Study Programs at the High School, Technological High School, University etc.
•Coordination and Direction of Formare Project (R&S of Students, Instructors).
•Reports related to Project Follow-up with Plant, Institutions and Parents. Counseling of Parents of Formare students.
•Manage payment of Students stipend, course fees, transportation, uniform and other facilities provided by Maxion and University.
•Follow-up on the course schedule.
•Schedule lectures at both manufacturing units in Pune.
•Maintain all the documents related to Formare program.
•Interaction with IOCHPE Foundation
•Dissemination of the Program in Educational and Industrial Institutions.
•Orientation Program
•Organization and Execution of Social Events
•Continuous Improvement in the Processes
•Planning, development, implementation, and follow-up of educational programs with institutions.
Your profile
•-Education: Bachelor's Degree, Master’s Degree
•Stream: Education, Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, Social Work or related
• 8 – 10 years of relevant experience
• Strong written & verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in Matrix Organization
• Conflict Management
• Advanced Excel & presentation skills
• Strong analytical and quantitative competencies
• Understands complex concepts and the relationships between issues or problems
• Effectively communicates across organization and is confident in interacting with senior leadership team
• Possesses intellectual agility; readily accepts the challenges of unfamiliar tasks
The position will be based at our Chakan Manufacturing Unit in Pune, India.
