For our Engineering Department in Maxion Wheels Aluminum India Pvt. Ltd., Khed, Pune - India, we are looking for a

Design Engineer

Your future role

-Mold design capability

-Wheel drawing modifications

-Management of wheel and mold drawing

-Design work-holding components and gauges for manufacturing process

-Manage production requests

-Propose wheel and mold drawing modification and raise request to Central Engineering

-Vendor Development for mold manufacturing & maintenance

-Control of mold drawings

-Provide technical support to production

Your profile

-Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering

-8 – 10 years of experience in automotive Industry

-Experience in Aluminum Foundry Environment preferred

-Experience in Machining Chucks/fixtures preferred

-CATIA V5 or equivalent

-AUTOCAD or equivalent

-Strong English communication skills

-Ability to work in Matrix Organization

-Advanced Excel skills

-Strong analytical and quantitative competencies

-Understands complex concepts and the relationships between issues or problems

-Effectively communicates across organization and is confident in interacting with senior leadership team

-Possesses intellectual agility; readily accepts the challenges of unfamiliar tasks
