HR System Analyst

WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT:
- Manage the complete employee lifecycle within SAP SuccessFactors including various modules (EC, RCM/ONB, PMGM, TALENT, LMS, COMP)
- Perform basic configuration of SuccessFactors modules to meet evolving business needs
- Assist with system upgrades, ensuring a smooth transition and minimal disruption to users
- Partner with the HR team to implement HR projects
- Provide end-user support for SAP SuccessFactors by:
- Effectively resolving user inquiries and troubleshooting technical issues
- Maintaining a user ticketing system to track and manage support requests
- Develop and maintain a variety of reports using SuccessFactors reporting tools (e.g., Ad Hoc Reporting) and potentially basic BI programming to extract valuable insights for HR decisions
- Create user guides, procedures, and other documentation to support system training and user adoption of new functionalities
- Deliver user training sessions on new SAP SuccessFactors features, processes, and functionalities
WHAT YOU NEED FOR THE POSITION:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT
- 3 years of experience in similar position
- SAP SF configuration and end user knowledge (any module) or other HRIS configuration knowledge
- HR processes knowledge
- Fluent in English
- Mature personality, able to work with confidential data
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent knowledge of Reporting Software tools
- Project Management and Change Management
