We’re hiring: Production Supervisor | Steel Plant – Limeira/SP

We have an incredible opportunity for you!

At our Limeira/SP facility, we are looking for a Production Supervisor who will be responsible for coordinating production activities with a focus on Safety, Quality, Productivity, and People Development.

Main responsibilities:

🔹 Lead production teams and ensure compliance with operational schedules
🔹 Participate in meetings and propose process improvements
🔹 Manage indicators such as PPM, productivity, and machine downtime
🔹 Develop talent, promote engagement, and ensure a healthy work environment
🔹 Act autonomously in managing quality and safety

Requirements:

✅ Bachelor’s degree or technical degree in Administration, Engineering, or related fields
✅ Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial operations
✅ Basic English (preferred)
✅ Strong communication, leadership, conflict management, and decision-making skills
