SAP HR INFORMATION SYSTEM ANALYST

Department: HR – Organization Development (Global)

Location: Limeira, Brazil

We are seeking a SAP HRIS Analyst to join our Global HR – Organization Development team in Limeira, Brazil. This technical role within the HR department at Iochpe-Maxion will collaborate with HRIS developers, local HR teams, IT, and external consultants to optimize HR systems and processes. The analyst will support system upgrades, data integrity, reporting, and project implementation, ensuring the effective use of HR technologies across the organization.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Systems & Processes Improvement & Development

1. • Recommend process/customer service improvements, innovative solutions, policy changes
   • Maintain awareness of current trends in HRIS with a focus on product and service development, delivery and support, and applying key technologies.
   • Leading, Assisting Integration initiatives
   • Knowledge of Maxion HR processes to be able to provide the system solutions and system support.

Project Management

2. • Assist HR Function in HR projects implementation.

HRMS Maintenance

3. • Test and launch regular HRMS process flows related to HR processes.   
   • Test and ensure HRMS system upgrades or patches.
   • Ensures system configuration correctness based on the user permissions and segregation of duties.

Reports Management

4. • Write, maintain and support a variety of reports utilizing appropriate reporting tools in HRIS and using BI programming.
   • Ensure technical development of standard reports, ensuring their access security.
   • Help maintain data integrity in systems by running queries and analyzing data.

Training 

5. • Develop user procedures, guidelines and documentation to support system trainings.
   • Train clients on new processes/functionality.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Human Resources or related field
• Fluent in English

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE

• SQL or any similar database programming language
• SAP SF configuration and end user knowledge (any module) or other HRIS configuration knowledge
• Excellent knowledge of Reporting Software tools

• HR processes knowledge
• Strong Project Management and Change Leadership
