HR Analyst

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct Training Needs Assessments with operational, administrative, and support teams.
  • Create, track, and ensure execution of the annual training plan for all plants.
  • Develop and deliver technical training programs.
  • Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and customer-specific training requirements.
  • Support internal and external audits, maintaining full traceability of training records.
  • Coordinate onboarding programs for new employees (Training + Welcome Kit).
  • Organize training sessions, classrooms, schedules, and required resources.
  • Manage quotations with Purchasing and MHS, ensuring cost-effectiveness and budget control for all training initiatives.
  • Develop and monitor T&D performance indicators.
  • Support quality management systems related to training (MOR, Risks & Opportunities).
  • Prepare presentations for leadership and management review cycles.
  • Manage financial indicators for the department, when applicable.
  • Respond to M2S (People Pillar) audits regarding training requirements.
  • Support and respond to internal and external quality audits, including ISO & IATF, ensuring full compliance with customer and system requirements.
  • Participate in team meetings and propose continuous improvements.
  • Train, supervise, and support the development of interns within the department.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Postgraduate degree (preferred).
  • Intermediate English.
  • Spanish (a plus).

 

Experience

  • Previous experience in HR, Training & Development, Quality, or OpEx.
