Global Systems Analyst

Maxion Wheels Limeira is seeking a Senior Global Systems Analyst to serve as a functional and business reference for global IT solutions, ensuring high-quality delivery and continuous evolution of corporate platforms.

 

Responsibilities

 

•Lead functional and business analyses for global IT solutions.
•Work closely with stakeholders and external partners to ensure solution quality and lifecycle management.
•Be responsible for new projects from requirements gathering, process mapping, vendor identification, implementation, and end‑user support.
•Create the long‑term roadmap for the IT domain under your responsibility, aligned with Enterprise Architecture and IT leadership.
•Ensure support meets expectations, including training material creation, key user enablement, and knowledge base development.
•Act autonomously, coordinating with other analysts and architects to ensure adherence to the overall IT architecture.

 

Requirements

 

•Bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent experience in IT/business.
•ITIL certification or similar (preferred).
•Proficient English for an international environment.
•5 to 8 years of experience in complex IT solutions or business roles with strong technological interface, such as key user or influencer.
