Facilities Analyst

Main Responsibilities

• Experience in Facilities Management (soft services), including management of contracts, vendors, and compliance with SLAs.
• Proven experience managing green areas, gardening, and landscaping services.
• Management of cleaning service contracts and related equipment.
• Experience overseeing restaurant and cafeteria services, including associated equipment.
• Knowledge of sanitary regulations, hygiene standards, food safety, and quality control.
• Fleet management, including vehicle maintenance, fuel control, documentation, insurance, and cost management.
• Experience managing employee transportation (chartered buses/vans), including routes, contracts, employee satisfaction, and daily routines.
• Knowledge of waste management, sustainability practices, and pest control.
• Familiarity with environmental, sanitary, and occupational health & safety legislation.
• Experience with contract administration, procurement, payments, and operational cost control.
• Management of contracts for security services, mail/courier services, and other related services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields – completed.
• Intermediate English (desirable).
• Postgraduate degree in Facilities Management (desirable).

Experience

• Previous experience in Facilities contract management.
