Working Student Quality System Analyst

For our OPEX and Quality Department in Königswinter (Cologne/Bonn/Koblenz area) we are looking for a 

 

Management Service Working Student (m/f/d)

 

Your future tasks

  • Support the digitalization of internal audit and management systems
  • Help transform manual audit tasks into digital tools and keep audit checklists up to date
  • Work with different internal teams to understand system needs and help prepare training materials
  • Assist with setting up and maintaining audit tools, ensuring data security and access control
  • Support audit tracking and reporting by collecting, checking, and analyzing audit data
  • Help create simple reports, dashboards, and Power BI visuals for management
  • Provide general support to the team and assist with ad hoc tasks and cross‑functional projects

 

Your profile

  • Ongoing studies in the field of engineering, industrial engineering, or business administration
  • Independent and structured way of working as well as good analytical skills
  • Willingness to learn
  • High initiative  
  • Basic background in the Quality Management system
  • High collaborative work attitude and excellent communication skills
  • Good MS Office skills
  • Fluent knowledge of German and English
  • Start: May 1, 2026
  • Duration of internship: 1 Year
