Working Student HR (m/f/d)

For our Human Resources department in our global headquarter Königswinter, Germany, we are looking for a

 

HR Working Student (m/f/d)

 

Your future role:

Support in all HR processes and initiatives (recruiting, goal setting, career discussions, training, talent review, etc.)
Prepare HR documents (contracts, letter, announcements, certificates, forms, etc.)
Maintain accuracy of talent management system
Support projects in different HR areas
Translations (English <> German)
Provide support for various administrative ad hoc activities including data gathering and analysis, special communications, etc.

 

Your profile:

Interest in Human Resources
Fluent English and German, both written and verbal
Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs (Excel, Power Point & Word)
High level of credibility/accountability & adaptability
Hands-on & self-directed
Focused & multi-tasking
Stress management skills
Available for 20 hours/week for at least one year
