As a Working Student in Global Human Resources, you will directly support international HR initiatives with a strong focus on Talent Acquisition and HR Data Analytics.

 

Working Student HR (m/f/d)

 

Your future role:

🔎 Talent Acquisition

  • Support end‑to‑end recruitment processes for corporate and functional roles.
  • Conduct proactive sourcing via LinkedIn, job boards, and social media.
  • Create job requisitions and job ads based on hiring requirements.
  • Screen CVs, coordinate interviews, and manage candidate communication.
  • Support assessments and testing of recruiting systems

🧭 Recruiting & Onboarding

  • Handle recruitment activities for local office roles.
  • Assist with hiring documentation (offer letters, contracts, announcements).
  • Support onboarding processes for selected candidates.

📊 HR Data & Analytics

  • Support HR‑TA reporting and dashboards.
  • Analyze HR data to identify trends and provide actionable insights.
  • Assist in testing HR systems and global reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Create monthly HR and Talent Acquisition reports.

Your profile:

🎓 Education

  • Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Economics, Social Sciences, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Available to work up to 20 hours per week.

🌍 Languages

  • Fluent in English (written and verbal). German is a strong plus.

💼 Experience & Knowledge

  • You are curious about Human Resources and eager to gain hands‑on experience across different HR areas such as Recruiting, Onboarding
  • You bring an interest in HR processes and are motivated to develop a solid understanding of end‑to‑end HR workflows.
  • You feel comfortable using MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and are motivated to strengthen your digital skills further.
  • You’re excited to learn modern HR systems and analytics tools (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors , Power BI)
