Senior FP&A Analyst (m/f/d)
Location: Königswinter (Cologne/Bonn/Koblenz)

What you move with us:
- Support monthly global financial reporting, forecasting and analysis activities within the FP&A team.
- Assist in coordinating the annual planning process, including timelines, assumptions and collaboration with global finance teams and functional stakeholders.
- Support global SG&A controlling through cost trend analysis, budget monitoring and identification of variance drivers.
- Prepare and enhance financial management reports for the global leadership team, providing actionable business insights.
- Perform detailed P&L variance analyses versus budget, forecast and prior periods, identifying key business drivers and impacts.
- Conduct balance sheet variance analyses with a focus on working capital, accruals, provisions and key accounts.
- Prepare concise financial commentary and presentations for senior management.
- Analyze cash flow developments and explain the relationship between P&L, balance sheet movements and cash impact.
- Monitor and evaluate working capital performance through metrics such as DSO, DIO, DPO and Cash Conversion Cycle (CCC).
- Design, develop and maintain BI dashboards and management reporting solutions using tools such as Power BI.
- Identify and implement automation opportunities and process improvements across planning, forecasting and reporting activities.
- Provide guidance and training to plant finance teams on financial analysis, cash flow management and key performance indicators.
- Support ad-hoc analyses, strategic initiatives and special projects requested by senior management.
What you convince with us:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or a related field.
- At least five years of relevant experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, Controlling or Corporate Finance.
- Experience in an international manufacturing environment; automotive industry experience is considered an advantage.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken; German is a plus.
- Advanced Excel skills and strong knowledge of MS Office applications.
- Experience with SAP as well as Oracle, Hyperion and Power BI or similar BI solutions is desirable.
- Strong analytical and quantitative capabilities.
- Self-driven, proactive and highly organized working style.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex financial topics clearly.
- Team-oriented mindset combined with high integrity and a hands-on approach.
