Regional HR Manager (m/f/d)

Regional HR Manager (m/f/d) 

 

Location:                   Königswinter (Region Köln/Bonn)

Department:             Human Resources

Starting:                     immediately

 

 

Your Future Role:

  • Responsible for strategically managing the human resources function for the assigned region and all Corporate functional and operational areas
  • Partner closely with leaders and managers to get a clear understanding of business priorities, align these with the HR strategy and support their achievement
  • Acting as a strategic partner to our leadership team and deliver technical & strategic HR advice across a range of areas
  • Counseling and supporting our leadership and employees in all HR processes (recruiting & onboarding, goals & performance management, compensation & benefits, learning & development, etc.)
  • Ensuring compliance with all federal, state and local laws and regulations along with managing and maintaining all corporate initiatives, policies and procedures
  • Implementing & integrating new global HR policies, processes, programs & initiatives as appropriate and if necessary conduct trainings on the changes
  • Cooperate with our CoC to manage all relevant compensation, talent management & development topics and processes
  • Manage and participate in national and international HR projects

 

 

Your Profile:

  • Completed Bachelor's degree or equivalent in the field of Human Resources Management or a related fields
  • At least 8 years of professional HR experience within a manufacturing company, ideally in automotive or trucking industry
  • Well versed in all aspects of Human Resources, with specific knowledge of recruiting, performance management, organizational development and succession management
  • Strong knowledge of German labor law and collective bargaining regulation
  • Strong knowledge of corporate administrative functions and plant work
  • Previous leadership experience desired
  • Independent, goal-oriented and precise way of working
  • Hand on mentality
  • Very good written and spoken German and English
  • Willingness to travel
