Logistics Manager (m/f/d)

Your Future Role:

Overall responsibility for the smooth running of all logistics processes (warehouse, as well as the shipping area)
Disciplinary and technical leadership of the teams customer order processing, shipping, warehouse and production planning
Continuous further development of logistics, as well as processes (also in the ERP system SAP)
Ensuring adherence to delivery dates
Independent planning and controlling of car and truck production
Overall responsibility for optimal and demand-oriented material procurement, shipping and sales processing
Controlling and execution of short-, medium- and long-term production planning
Controlling of the production program according to stock levels and packaging units, material receipt and capacities
Pre-series planning in consultation with the design and sales departments
Determination of the optimum batch size taking into account capacity, customer requirements, material supply, conversions, empties, set-up times, tool availability, stock levels, taking into account customer deadlines and material receipts
Control of stock levels via production adjustments and personnel deployment depending on specified customer deadlines
Execution of monthly forecast planning in cooperation with sales staff according to the overall forecast

Your Profile:

Completed Bachelor's degree, Master's degree or Diploma in the field of logistics or a comparable course
At least 5 years of professional and management experience in the field of logistics/shipping
Independent, goal-oriented and precise way of working
Systematic and analytical approach
Very good SAP and MS Office skills
Very good written and spoken German and English skills
