Key Account Manager (m/f/d)

For our Sales-Team in Königswinter (Cologne/Bonn area) we are looking for a


  Key Account Manager (m/f/d)


Your future role

  • Support RFQ process for new- and price negotiations for existing-business
  • Maintain supplier portals (order management/change requests/administrative tasks/analysis/etc.)
  • Ensure that commercial issues are addressed and accounted
  • Collaborate during quarterly and semiannual price list preparation
  • Keep customer updated on new products and technical capabilities
  • Support development of new products or business opportunities with different groups within the assigned accounts
  • Collect, summarize and hand over market information of your accounts
  • Participate in the strategy development team with feedback from assigned accounts and other market information
  • Follow the OE portals and ensure that all relevant information is shared and coordinated with the KAMs


Your Profile

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Finance or Business Administration
  • At least 3 years of relevant work experience
  • Very good language skills in English and German
  • Experience in working within sizeable multi discipline teams and influencing change in a matrix/cross-functional environment
  • Solid track record in sales and advanced knowledge of automotive and industrial supply chain
  • Diplomatic and sensitive when serving customers of a different mentality and culture
  • Very results oriented, goal aligned approach
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Good communicator and listener
