HR Business Partner (m/f/d)

For our Human Resources department in our global headquarter in Königswinter (Cologne/Bonn/Koblenz area), Germany, we are looking for an

HR Business Partner(m/f/d)

Your future role

  • Acting as a strategic partner to our plant leadership team and deliver technical & strategic HR advice across a range of areas
  • Counseling and supporting our leadership and employees in all HR processes (recruiting & onboarding, goals & performance management, compensation & benefits, learning & development, etc.)
  • Implementing & integrating new global HR policies, processes, programs & initiatives as appropriate and if necessary, conduct trainings on the changes
  • Contribute to AOP & forecast and ensure headcount planning & reporting
  • Recruiting, hiring, onboarding for local positions
  • Counseling and supporting the leadership in identifying workforce requirements, staffing and training needs
  • Supporting plant talent review process and performance appraisal process
  • Support HSE awareness activities
  • Participating in national and international HR projects

 

Your profile

  • Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or Economics
  • At least 5 years of professional experience as HR generalist or HR specialist in a manufacturing environment
  • Good knowledge of German labor law and the use of collective agreements
  • Good knowledge and understanding of HR Processes
  • Fluent language skills in German and English
  • Very good communication and negotiation skills
  • Proficient in MS-Office
