QUALIFICATIONS
•    Education Level: Bachelor´s Degree 
•    Education Program: HR/Psychology/Business /Economics major/General Engineering
•    Professional Registrations and Certifications: not required. Project Management & Assessment Certification are desired.
•    Language Requirements: Mandatory: English (intermediate up). Spanish (minimum communication skills is desired)

EXPERIENCE:
•    Knowledge and Experience in data analytics.
•    HR Process (Training & development / Attraction & Hiring) are desired.
