We are looking for an Internal Controls Analyst for our unit in Cruzeiro/SP!

The Internal Controls Analyst is overall accountable and responsible for establishing and maintaining a strong control environment within the process of HR. Aiming to achieve a strong internal control environment, it would be by providing recommendations on process improvements, ensuring that governing internal controls are robust for risk assessment and mitigation, appropriate communication and continuous monitoring through digital tools application.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education Level: Bachelor’s degree
Education Program: Engineering, Business Administration, Accounting or other related areas
Language Requirements: Portuguese, English (Mandatory). Spanish (desirable).

EXPERIENCE:

Years of Experience: 3 years’ progressive experience in -
Process improvement/ continuous improvement positions
Time Management
Digital tools usage

KNOWLEDGE:
Required

MS Excel (high advanced)
MS PowerPoint
MS Visio
MS Project
