Recruitment and Selection Specialist

 

Your future role: 

  • Recruitment, Selection and Hiring Processes of Direct, Indirect and Administrative Personnel.
  • Coordination of processes and systems management (goal setting, performance review, development/career plans) 
  • Application and interpretation of psychometric tests 
  • Management of competency-model interviews   
  • Liaison with educational institutions of higher and middle school, to attract talent    
  • Job profiles management   
  • Liaison with educational institutions of higher and middle school, to attract talent     
  • Administration and control of expenses applicable to the position.     
  • Control of documents in quality management system. 

 

Your profile: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Administration or related.  
  • 4 years of experience in Human Resources area in automotive industry.   
  • Experience in Recruitment and Selection processes    
  • Experience in FORTIA, MyTalent, SF, PsycoWeb systems (desirable).    
  • Knowledge and participation in continuous improvement projects   • 
  • ISO 14001, IATF16949 standards (desirable)   •  English Language Fluent   • 
  • Proactive.   
  • Sense of urgency.   
  • Work under pressure.   
  • Teamwork   
  • Schedule availability.   
  •  Service attitude.
