Maintenance Manager

Your responsibilities:

-Responsible for maintenance indicators.

-Implementation and sustainability of maintenance-focused systems to improve area results, such as: Preventive Maintenance, Predictive Maintenance, TPM, M2S, EAM, and other applicable technical and administrative systems.

-Planning and execution of infrastructure projects (Capex) assigned by the Plant Management according to defined budget and timelines.

-Manage the area to achieve zero accidents by complying with applicable procedures, following up on actions under their responsibility, and providing continuous coaching to their team.

-Has the authority to stop any activity being carried out under unsafe conditions or acts.

Your profile:

-Engineering,Maintenance,processes, industrial.

-English, advanced level.

-5 years as maintenance manager or coordinator, or equivalent.

-Knowledge in industrial maintenance.

-Knowledge in maintenance management.

-Knowledge in electrical systems maintenance.

-Knowledge in total productive maintenance.

-Knowledge in predictive maintenance techniques
