The Compliance Analyst will play a crucial role in ensuring that the Company complies with all relevant regulations and standards. This position involves reviewing the due diligence system in Mexico, evaluating suppliers registered in the company's database, and maintaining internal controls to ensure that business activities are conducted in accordance with compliance guidelines.




  • Assist in the implementation of the due diligence system in Mexico.
  • Identify gaps in the due diligence system and propose improvements to ensure effectiveness in identifying compliance risks.
  • Conduct assessments and regular reviews of the supplier’s database to ensure compliance with local and international laws and regulations and internal procedures.
  • Evaluate new and current suppliers according to internal procedures to ensure they comply with established compliance standards and identify potential risks related to suppliers.
  • Maintain accurate records of all supplier assessments, ensuring they are up-to-date and in compliance with company policies.
  • Interact with other areas in order to identify potential improvement opportunities, focusing on the efficiency and effectiveness of the current processes.
  • Conduct periodic reviews of existing internal controls and propose improvements as needed.
  • Prepare detailed documentation of internal control procedures.
