Controller
Your future role:
- Analysis, elaboration and supervision of budget, financial statements, fixed assets, AP, AR, Inventory and strategic forecasting planning processes.
- Prepare monthly and weekly reports analyzing variances month-close results vs. budget/forecast for financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow).
- Elaborate reports and financial analysis requested by corporate for better decision making.
- Forecast data review, upload and consolidation.
- Ensure the monitoring of the company's internal control policies.
- Supervise and authorize tax operations ensuring their correct calculation.
Your profile:
- Bachelor´s degree in public accountant or financial planning.
- 5 years of experience as a Controller in financial areas in manufacturing facility
- Preparation and analysis of budgets, forecast, general Accounting, costs, P&L, Treasury, Fixed Assets.
- Tax laws, social security law, taxes and updates thereof, SOX.
- Knowledge in Hyperion & SAP (desirable).
- Knowledge and participation in continuous improvement projects.
- Strong communication skills in English language (written, verbal, comprehension)
- Strong analytical and quantitative competencies.
- Soft skills: strong leadership, teamwork, resilience, empathy, sense of urgency
- Effectively communicates across organization and is confident in interacting with senior leadership team.
